A bed and breakfast Afloat Boat Rates
- — $295 per night for 2 people
- — $50 per additional person (maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children)
- — Weekly rates $1700 for two, $2200 for four
- — Rates do not include state & occupancy tax of 9.7% or gratuities
Our Policies
- — Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am.
- — 2 night minimum stay and 3 night minimum stay for holiday weekends.
- — There is a $200.00 security deposit required.
- — Full payment in advanced for 3 nights or less. 50% deposit for 4 or more nights. Balance due 21 days prior to arrival in cash or travelers check.
- — Cancellations - There is a 10% service fee for any cancellations. Refunds are available with 21 days notice to the reservation date. If cancellations are made with less then 21 days notice, we will try to rebook the boat. If we can rebook the date the deposit will be refunded. If we cannot rebook the date the deposit is then forfeited. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
- — Children 6 years or older are welcome!
- — No pets.
- — Please, no red wine on board.
- — No smoking please.
- — We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and personal checks.
